Today we will do some leg workout,
Starting with warmup.
10 min. Warm-up
For warm up you can start with walking on jogger or walk somewhere suitable place if jogger is not available.
you can do some pushup or chin ups after walking.
Now we will discuss some Exercise routine which you can do for todays workout.
Today we will do 5 Exercise each include 4 sets and each set includes 10 reps.
After warm up session start with One or Two sets set of Squat (Without any dumbbell/Barbell )
Now Start with the following routine.
Exercise 1-: squat front barbell squat 4 set of 10 reps (4*10)
Exercise 2 -: leg extension 4 sets of 10 reps (4*10)
Exercise 3 -: leg curl 4 sets of 10 reps (4*10)
Exercise 4 -: seated calf raise 4 sets of 10 reps (4*10)
Exercise 5 -: standing calf raise 4 sets of 10 reps (4*10)
After every sets rest 60 to 90 second.
Note -: After every Exercise take rest 90 to 120 second. Try to drink water after Exercise to prevent dehydration.
